NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your UAG product, you may return it to us for a full refund, less the original shipping costs.  The product must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date and the product must have been purchased through the UAG website (www.urbanarmorgear.com).  UAG does not handle product returns for UAG products purchased through Authorized Resellers.  Such cases must be resolved through the Authorized Reseller.  UAG reserves the right to refuse refunds on products that violate the terms of the Limited Product Warranty or products that are deemed to be counterfeits.

To return a non-defective product to UAG, simply fill out the form below to obtain and RMA# and return the product to UAG along with the original purchase receipt.  Be sure to clearly mark the RMA# on the package or original receipt.  The cost of returning an item is not covered by UAG.  Once we receive your product, we will process your credit (less the original shipping amount) and email you a refund confirmation.  After we send the confirmation, please allow 10 business days before the funds are posted back to the credit card used for the original purchase.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY

Defective product that meets the criteria of our Limited Product Warranty may be returned to UAG and a replacement will be shipped to you at UAG’s expense.  The replacement will be made per the terms of our Limited Product Warranty.  Warranty claims must be handled by UAG directly.

To make a warranty return, simply fill out the form below and we will issue an RMA# to track your claim.  Then return your product to UAG along with the original purchase receipt and make sure to clearly mark the RMA# on the packaging or original receipt.  The cost of returning an item is not covered by UAG.  Once we receive your product, UAG will evaluate your claim within 10 business days to determine if the returned product meets the criteria of our Limited Product Warranty.  If we determine the product is not eligible for warranty action, we will return the product to you at our expense.  However, if the product meets the criteria of our warranty replacement policy, we will remedy the defect according to the terms set forth in our Limited Product Warranty.

SHIPPING ERROR RETURNS POLICY

If we shipped you the wrong product, let us be the first to say we are sorry for the blunder.  Simply fill out the form below within 30 days of your original order date to get an RMA# so we can track the resolution of your claim.  We will process your replacement shipment within 3 business days and ship the product to you express mail at our expense.  The replacement product will be shipped with a prepaid return envelope.  Please place the product you are returning in the envelope and return it to us.  In the event we are out of stock, we will inform you and give you the option to receive a similar product or simply request a full refund.

LIMITS OF RETURN SHIPPING LIABILITY

UAG is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit from you to our return center.  We recommend you use a trackable shipment method.  UAG is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties or brokerage fees.
