Just what I was looking for
The case is just what I was looking for. It fits well and protects the device. The true test will be when my son is using it at school!
The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars is the length of delivery time. This was articulated well when I bought the item so nothing untoward, it just took a long time to get delivered.
Overall a positive experience.

5 YEARS LATER
Its been about 5 years since I've had this case on my Microsoft Surface laptop. It has been 100% protective. Once, I had fallen asleep and the laptop fell off my bed that is high off the floor. I've had not issues with my laptop and I'm glad I had this protective case on it. Yes the price point is a bit high - but let me tell you its worth it! For me it adds up to $100/5 years = $20 per month!
