To request a return, please open a support ticket, and under “issue type” select "Returns."
Orders are eligible to be returned up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Once 30 days have passed, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
We can only process returns for products ordered directly from urbanarmorgear.com. If you purchased your product from a retailer, please refer to their return policy.

Our warranty does not cover any damage to your device, or damage your device may sustain while using one of our products. While our products are designed and tested to provide a high level of protection, there are many factors to consider when a device is damaged, most of which are out of our control.

Our warranty covers UAG products that have been purchased from urbanarmorgear.com and authorized resellers. For the full list of authorized resellers, please see our Warranty Policy.
APO and FPO Addresses
UAG ships to APO and FPO addresses. For orders being shipped to an APO or FPO address, please provide the following information at checkout:
- First and Last Name
- Military Box Number
- Zip Code
PO Boxes UAG ships to PO Box addresses in the U.S. only. We cannot ship to International PO Boxes. For orders being shipped to a PO Box, please provide the following information at checkout:
- First and Last Name
- PO Box Number
- City
- State
- Zip Code
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS text message with the order tracking number and link to track your order online.
Additionally, if you created an account with us, you can log in to your account to view your order history and your tracking information for each order.
Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the end user (you). We do not have control over local customs and import fees and do not compensate or reimburse you for them. We are obligated by law to declare the correct value for all shipments.
We route international orders to the warehouse closest to the destination to reduce shipping fees and delivery times. However there may be instances where an order can take up to 14-21 days to arrive. Please refer to your local carrier for more information.
If your transaction was declined, most banks will still hold the charge as “pending.” Most pending charges disappear in around 5 days or less, though some institutions ask cardholders to allow up to 7 days to process charges.
