UAG Explorer Perks is our way of saying thank you for being amazing customers. You’ll earn points for activities and you can use them to earn special rewards - so the more points you collect the more benefits you have access to!

Anyone and everyone! All you have to do is create a customer account on our website and you'll be enrolled! If you already have a customer account, just log in and you'll be added as a member.

There are many ways you can earn points! Some activities include placing an order and referring a friend. You'll also receive points per $1 spent.

Your point balance is on every page in the top bar when logged in to our website.

You can redeem your points to your cart at checkout.

Points can be used online only. At this time, points cannot be redeemed at pop-ups or any in person location.

Nope! Earn as many as you'd like so you can join the highest tiers with exclusive rewards! However each order has a maximum redemption of 500 points ($50)

Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred, canceled, or returned a purchase.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Yep! Just select the amount you'd like to cash your points in for at checkout from the redemption drop down menu.

Points expire 12 months after earning them and are non-transferable.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

If you apply points as a discount towards an order but don't complete the order, the points will be deducted temporarily from your account. If the order is not placed within two hours, your points will be deposited back in your account.
